One Last Hope was the first song I choreographed and a great way to get into choreographing for the group. Since we know this number is a planned part of the show, I tried to choreograph it in the style that the nuns would have: playful and energetic, but not overly complex.
Research/ Notes on Lyrics
- “In clover” is a phrase meaning having good fortune or living in luxury. Referring to planting the four nuns in clover may allude to burying them in more lavish conditions.
